A personalised sales coaching service will be defined together with the EIC beneficiary. The service is divided into these steps: 1. Analysis of value proposition and offering. 2. 1:1 meetings with EIC beneficiaries to fine-tune offering and commercial strategy. 3. Organisation of sales meetings with potential customers. 4. Support in sales meetings, negotiations, and closing. For EIC beneficiaries who struggle to efficiently scale their business, a structured approach towards global sales is needed to scale the business while keeping feasible sales metrics (e.g., Conversion, CAC, LTV, etc.). STRATA has solid experience supporting international sales processes.
