Service description

Product Development and Regulatory Support at Paul Dick & Associates Ltd. (Pda) is designed to help companies efficiently advance innovative animal health technologies from early concept through regulatory approval and market launch. This service integrates scientific, regulatory, and strategic expertise to ensure that product development activities are aligned with regulatory expectations and commercial objectives from the outset. Pda supports a wide range of product categories, including veterinary drugs, biologics, feeds, veterinary health products, diagnostics, devices, and digital health solutions, tailoring development strategies to the specific regulatory frameworks and market dynamics applicable to each product and jurisdiction. Pda works closely with clients to define clear regulatory pathways, identify data requirements, and design robust product development plans that balance scientific rigor with practical timelines and budgets. Services include the development and review of study protocols, clinical and field trial strategies, statistical plans, and technical documentation, as well as guidance on manufacturing, quality, and compliance considerations. Pda also supports regulatory interactions by preparing briefing packages, coordinating pre-submission meetings, and addressing regulatory feedback to strengthen submissions and reduce uncertainty during review. By combining deep regulatory insight with hands-on product development experience, Pda helps clients anticipate risks, optimize data generation, and make informed decisions at critical development milestones. This integrated approach de-risks development programs, improves submission quality, and accelerates time to market, enabling clients—from early-stage start-ups to established multinational companies—to bring high-quality, compliant products to the global animal health market with confidence.
