Corporate Mentoring, Outreach and Partnering is a strategic service designed to help companies build meaningful relationships, secure capital, and accelerate growth within the global animal health ecosystem. Leveraging Pda’s extensive network of industry leaders, corporates, investors, and innovators, this service supports companies at critical stages of development, commercialization, and expansion. Pda facilitates corporate partnering initiatives by identifying and engaging potential strategic partners aligned with a company’s technology, market objectives, and long-term vision. This includes support for licensing opportunities, strategic collaborations, mergers and acquisitions, and other value-creating transactions. Pda assists with refining pitch materials, positioning value propositions, coordinating introductions and meetings, and providing guidance throughout negotiation processes to maximize deal value. Through fundraising support, Pda helps companies secure the financial resources needed to advance R&D, regulatory programs, and commercialization efforts. This includes strategic positioning for investors, outreach to venture capital and corporate investment groups, and support during investor discussions and capital-raising processes. Pda also offers the creation and management of advisory committees, assembling tailored groups of key opinion leaders, technical experts, and business strategists to provide high-value guidance across R&D, regulatory, and commercial decision-making. Pda ensures effective coordination, engagement, and alignment of advisory input with corporate objectives. In addition, mentorship and board membership services provide companies with experienced leadership, governance support, and strategic oversight. Collectively, these services enable clients to strengthen credibility, expand networks, and make informed decisions that drive sustainable growth and long-term success.
The cost of Pda's Corporate Mentoring, Outreach and Partnering services is project-based and varies depending on the scope of support, level of senior involvement, duration of engagement, and the nature of partnering or fundraising activities. Services are not offered free of charge or in exchange for equity, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Fees are typically charged on an hourly basis at a standard rate of approximately € 370 per hour, plus applicable taxes. Total costs are defined upfront based on scope, complexity, and expected timelines.
Projects may be initiated at any time, and specific deadlines for each service will be provided prior to formal engagement for review and approval of the partner.
