Strategic Matchmaking & Ecosystem Access for Deep-Tech Innovators
NSBProject Srl
Service ID:
EP366S2This individualised matchmaking service supports EIC beneficiaries in identifying, filtering and connecting with strategic ecosystem players relevant to their innovation and growth objectives. The service targets TRL 4-9 innovators across digital health, medtech and deep-tech domains seeking research partnerships, pilot opportunities, technology collaboration, commercial alliances or ecosystem visibility. The goal is to accelerate meaningful connections that can unlock validation, scale-up and market entry opportunities. The service is structured in four phases:
Phase 1: Strategic Alignment: clarification of partnership objectives (e.g., research collaboration, pilot site, distribution partner, technology integration, visibility).
Phase 2: Ecosystem Mapping & Filtering: identification and qualification of relevant actors, including research institutions, hospitals, corporates, technology providers, investors, clusters, fairs, sector events and strategic initiatives.
Phase 3: Prioritisation & Positioning: creation of a short-listed target group and refinement of the value proposition toward each category of stakeholder.
Phase 4: Connection & Engagement Support: preparation of tailored outreach materials and facilitated introductions where applicable.
A validation web call is organised at the end of each phase to ensure alignment and adjust targeting criteria. Expected outcomes include a curated and prioritised stakeholder shortlist, strategic positioning recommendations and a structured engagement plan. A final debrief session (online or on-site upon request) concludes the service.
€600/day with an estimated days effort ranging from 10-20 depending on geography and depth. Daily rates have been specially discounted for the EIC Beneficiaries.
