Service description

This service provides a continuous and structured approach to creating, executing, and regularly updating an Intellectual Property (IP) strategy. The work begins with an in depth review of the current IP situation. This includes focused discussions with inventors and EIC beneficiaries, an evaluation of the competitive landscape, and an assessment of both the strengths and weaknesses with the current IP portfolio. After the initial review, a set of strategic recommendations is developed to guide the next steps to ensure that key innovations are properly protected and that the overall IP approach supports the beneficiary's business objectives. The outcome of the process is a formal written IP strategy document, intended to function as a long-term guide that is periodically revised as circumstances evolve.
