Scaling industrial startups (The Growth Way)

Atlanpole

France

Service ID:

EP48S1
Service description
A selective twelve-month individual bespoke programme for EIC Accelerator beneficiaries identified as industrial scale-up companies planning to develop activities in France, starting from the Nantes region, at the heart of the ‘Jules Verne manufacturing valley’. This service aims to unlock the transition to scale for Beneficiaries who are aiming for ambitious development and want to accelerate their growth, from the implementation of the EIC-funded project and beyond. After the identification of the specific issues or levers that may unlock the scaling of the organisation, the Beneficiaries will be able to address and build on them through monthly one-to-one discussions with an experienced advisor and relevant local contacts. Typical pain points to address have been wrapped up in a starter package provided by the service that can be expanded with specific needs. The package includes : (1) reviewing the organisational structure and supporting the identification of a high-level profile (as described in the service ID: EP 48S4), (2) finding industrial accommodation in the Nantes region to host the new consolidated team and industrial activities, (3) support in raising capital, (4) improving the market strategy to drive the technology roadmap, (5) identifying local industrial and academic partners in the Nantes ecosystem (Airbus, Les Chantiers de l'Atlantique, Naval Group, Valneva, IRT Jules Verne, etc.) and associated supply chains.
