A brokerage service that brings stakeholders together to achieve shared business benefits. 
Realisation: 
1) Searching for scientific entities capable of performing a research and development project, research service, or laboratory service commissioned by an entrepreneur. 
2) Analysis of profitability and outlays, costs of implementation of new technologies, products, and services. 
3) Conducting negotiations between the business sector and the scientific team or scientist to sell or produce on commission a patent, utility model, or another form of intellectual property. 
4) Seeking requests for quotations and tenders for new technologies, products, services, expertise, research, and R&D services from the corporate sector. 
5) Finding buyers and investors interested in new technologies developed by innovators, scientists, and universities. 
6) Identification of enterprise needs within the scope of implementation of innovative technologies/products/services. 
7) Investment advice on the development of the company based on the implementation of new technologies/services/products developing business plans, business models, and development strategies.
