EP80S2Comprehensive analyses of the level of innovation and state of the art of new technologies, products, and services will be conducted based on international patent databases, publicly available scientific and technical publications, and existing market offerings. The analysis will include, among others, resources maintained by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), the European Patent Office (EPO), the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), as well as selected commercial databases.
The study will address key aspects such as:
• the availability of products or services resulting from the implementation of the analysed technology on the market;
• the degree of novelty and innovativeness of the proposed solution in comparison with existing products or services;
• the technological, functional, and utility-related characteristics and parameters that determine competitive advantages within a given industry.
The outcome of the service will be a structured assessment confirming or disproving the innovative nature of the technology, defining the scale of innovation (national or global), identifying potential implementation risks, and evaluating the expected time-to-market and applicability horizon.
