Service description

This service is directed to all EIC beneficiaries and consists of an end-to-end recruitment process adapted to each specific case. The service includes a job description analysis and drafting; job posting on LinkedIn and other relevant job boards according to each geography and industry field; candidate profile screening; initial Q&A notes and video of the candidate´s interview; Personality tests such as Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test (CCAT) and Employee Personality Profile (EPP) tests adapted to each position´s requirements; language assessment tests and coordination of the interview process. When very specific profiles are needed, this service also includes headhunting via LinkedIn and Alien´s network. The service is complemented with support in the job offer and in the contract negotiation. The work will be done remotely, ensuring constant communication between Alien´s team and EIC beneficiaries’ team. This set of services will help the EIC beneficiary to find and hire the right people for a successful scaling-up process and increase its competitiveness. The expected duration of the HR & Talent acquisition service is 3 months.

Financial requirements

This service is offered on a success fee approach, usually around 15 -17% of the gross annual base salary, depending on the candidate requirements.
