This service is directed to EIC Transition and EIC Accelerator beneficiaries and consists of the creation of a Private Investment Launchapd Package (PIL). The first step is the business analysis, in which Alien will create basic financial assumptions and update the EIC Beneficiaries’ business plan in preparation for the next round of funding. This consists of a Market Analysis, Market Opportunity analysis, Competitive analysis, Economic Analysis and Financial analysis, which includes the pro forma projection, a risks analysis, break-even analysis, thresholds, equity thresholds, company valuation, and stress-test scenario analysis to estimate the investment risks; the target rate of return expected by investors and dilution of ownership after the investment. Then, a package with the documents usually required by the investors will be prepared (i.e. one-page executive summary, pitch slide deck, and business plan). In the second phase, Alien will work to identify and analyse the best approach to pre-selected investors that are relevant to the specific vertical / industry and geography of the EIC beneficiary, and will submit the already prepared documents. The service will conclude by presenting the Investor Evaluation Report to the EIC beneficiary based on the positive and/or negative feedback of the investors and supporting the due diligence/negotiation phase. The work will be done remotely as an off-line service, ensuring constant communication between Alien´s team and EIC beneficiaries’ team. The expected duration of the service is of 6 months.
This service is offered at a €20000 upfront fee + 5% success fee based on the funding received as a result of the service.
