Service description

An ongoing financial consultation service targeting all EIC beneficiaries. This service will encompass expert support to stimulate and facilitate access to public funding opportunities (at the Italian level) and private and public finance (Venture Capital, Business Angels, equity deals) for growth and R&D investments financing. Specific activities are: C.1. Support in the identification of financial needs of the EIC beneficiaries, mapping and scouting of private/public funding opportunities; C.2. Introductions and networking with investors - Support to establish relations and connections with angel investors, VC firms, public venture Capital funds, family offices, crowdfunding platforms, and banks, by leveraging the EIC Partner network at national (IT) and international level (EU, UK, US); C.3. Preparation for due diligence in venture capital investments - Assistance and technical advice to support the EIC beneficiaries in the interaction with venture capitals investigating their technology solution and business model to determine the viability of the deal. The support will include guidance and instructions to deal with venture capital inquiries and documents/data examinations, ensuring consistency of messaging to the investor, building trust and establishing the groundwork for a future partnership, E.4. Review and coaching for pitch optimisation - Tutorial, mentoring and quality advice on how to prepare and structure an effective investment pitch and address the essential questions to draft the pitch. The service can be delivered remotely.

Financial requirements

The fee will be calculated on the basis of the number days estimated to provide the services in a range from €450 to €600 per day.
