Service description

The service aims to provide tailored support, according to the maturity of the EIC beneficiary’s technology, for incubation and acceleration managed by Bi.P.Ca. The programme consists in tailored support, covering: IPR management strategy, sector-specific Business Plan and Business Model definition, Fundraising strategy and pre-money valuation, regulatory support, Due Diligence and Trainings. The programme allows the EIC beneficiary to cover the whole set of activities needed within the entrepreneurial programme and access them all along the incubation period, activating the services according to the project GANTT. A tutor will be assigned in order to answer questions and provide support at any time, on different sector-specific and niche-specific aspects. The tutor will accompany the EIC beneficiary through the activities, according to the stage of development. The EIC beneficiary will also benefit from opportunities, being involved in events, fairs and trainings organized by Bi.P.Ca. The time and duration of the service will be tailor-made depending on the needs of the EIC beneficiary and could last from a minimum of 1-year program. The service can be implemented online, in-person or hybrid according to EIC beneficiaries' needs. The modality will be agreed within the engagement step.

The first check-up will be free of charge for EIC beneficiaries. When, the full package or multiple services are requested, a special price for the EIC beneficiaries will be offered. Success fees for fundraising could be envisioned and agreed. Terms and conditions are negotiable according to the Funding Scheme, the selected analysis, time and duration of the service. NDA will be signed by Bi.P.Ca and EIC beneficiaries.
