IGES Italy Pharma Consulting
Service ID:
EP375S1This individualised service supports EIC Pathfinder and EIC Transition beneficiaries in Health & Medical Care that need to translate an early innovation into a credible product and venture strategy. The service (of an approx. duration of 6 weeks) is designed for innovators that require structured support to connect product development with future market, stakeholder, and investor requirements. Activities include review of the business model and business plan, market opportunity assessment, competitor clinical and commercial analysis, target product profile refinement, early pricing and market access assessment, stakeholder mapping, and input on regulatory and development strategy. Where relevant, the service also supports investor readiness by refining the core value proposition and strategic narrative for future partners or investors. The goal is to reduce uncertainty in early strategic decision-making and strengthen the commercial logic of the innovation. Expected outcomes include a refined business model, a clearer product positioning, and a practical roadmap for the next development and partnering steps. The service is delivered remotely through tailored working sessions with in-house experts.
