In this service, kiutra offers to rent out fully equipped cryogenic laboratory space. A customer can rent the cryogenic laboratory space on a weekly or monthly basis. The space is equipped with an L-Type Rapid fast characterization cryostat and a fully equipped working station with tools and PC. Customers can bring their own measurement equipment or rent state-of-the-art measurement electronics, with optional access to an in-house wire bonder available. The exact cryostat and electronics configuration is discussed beforehand with the customer. The customer has access to the laboratory during standard working hours in Germany. This is on workdays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Remote access to the measurement computer is granted outside of office hours. First time users will receive a thorough introduction to the service lab, a safety briefing and introduction to the measurement software and electronics. On demand, the customer can request support by our support or quantum engineers.
Depending on the cryostat and measurement electronics configuration the rental charges start at €7,500per week and €24,.000 per month. A one-time fee of €1,450 is charged for onboarding and safety instructions. Each user entering the facility must attend this course once per year.
