Service description
A 7-day hybrid programme for early-stage startups from EIC Transition and Accelerator beneficiaries who have an interest in scaling and growth. The programme aims to equip early-stage German startups with the knowledge and tools needed to build and grow a scalable, global business right from the start. Experts will guide the EIC beneficiaries in gaining the knowledge and skills needed to successfully set up their business for growth and scale. The beneficiaries will also learn how to de-risk their operation and make critical early decisions on product, market, and business models with the help of individualized mentoring. The Start2 network, consisting of coaches, investors, partners and other relevant contacts will be open to EIC beneficiaries. Topics like identifying the right overseas market, product readiness in a new market, the legal perspective of internationalization or identifying the product-market-fit will be covered during the intense curriculum to set up the beneficiaries for the first steps in the direction of internationalization.
