EP087S2Unlock the Full Potential of Your Scientific Breakthroughs! The comprehensive 1-month programme is designed to equip visionary scientists with the skills and knowledge needed to bridge the gap between innovation and practical impact. Participants will embark on a transformative journey guided by expert coaches, mentors, and instructors who bring extensive experience in technology commercialisation and product development. These experts are carefully selected, with a mix of in-house and outsourced professionals to provide diverse insights and perspectives. The programme spans over one month, offering an immersive experience comprising interactive workshops with hands-on exercises, knowledge exchange sessions with experienced founders, personalised coaching, and mentorship. This service is tailored for scientists and researchers eager to explore the market potential of their innovations, understand industry needs, develop a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) strategy and a go-to-market strategy, and cultivate leadership skills to assemble and lead high-performing teams. Upon completion, participants will possess a clear understanding of their technology's market potential, a well-defined MVP strategy, and the ability to build a successful team.
With costs of €12,500 per team. The cost only includes participation in the program. Other costs associated with attending the format in person in Vienna need to be covered by the team.
The programme offers flexibility in its implementation, with options for in-person, online, or hybrid modes. While we provide the option for remote participation, we highly recommend attending in person to maximise the benefits and engagement opportunities of the programme. We reserve the right to decide whether the format is offered if less than 3 EIC beneficiaries apply. Participating in this programme requires that the team signs an NDA. The costs cover only participation in the programme. Travel and accommodation costs for in-person participation needs to be covered individually by the participants.
