Service description

This service entails advising on the funding and type of investment needed, producing all marketing materials required to reach out to potential investors, crafting the list with potential investors, supporting in distribution, advising on the Terms & conditions of investment offers, and guiding during negotiations.

Clear is not licensed or regulated by the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) or any other financial supervisory authority. Services described do not constitute regulated financial services under Dutch law.
