Equity fundraising (investor readiness and matchmaking trajectory)
Catalyze-Group
Service ID:
EP6S2This service aims to help EIC beneficiaries become investor-ready, identify VCs that match their investment cases, and finalise their equity fundraising rounds. The six-month programme is designed to develop investor readiness by, 1) optimising the investment cases and pitch decks; 2) developing a compelling impact case complete with LCA; and 3) getting real investor feedback in a mock interview with Catalzye Capital investors. To match with relevant VCs, matchmaking heuristics for investor outreach will be developed i.e., tiered approach, communication style, fund depletion cut-off, investment thesis match. In addition, an investor outreach database will be developed complete with an outreach strategy. In the final step, meetings with VCs will be scheduled and deal advisory will be provided to support closing of the equity round. Catalyze and Catalyze Capital (VC Fund) employ an established network of seed investors, business angels, family offices, and venture capital firms in the EU and beyond to faciliate deal-making while internal subject-specialised experts are consulted on investment cases and outreach optimisation. We focus on Deeptech, Foodtech, and Climate Tech. The service will run on a rolling basis in 2024 and 2025 and all EIC beneficiaries can benefit from a 15% discount on their first 2 contracts with Catalyze.
€10,000 - €40,000 depending on chosen service items alongside commission on equity raised depending on investment size.
Catalyze is a consultancy firm that specialised in 3 areas, namely, Life Science & Health, Green & Sustainable Innovations and AI, Data and Digitalisation. Catalyze reserves the right to not engage with EIC beneficiaries that fall outside of these three areas.
