Service description

An ongoing tailored service for all EIC beneficiaries. The service aims to provide a tailored support, according to the maturity of the EIC Beneficiary’s technology, for set up an accurate sector specific Business Plan and define the Business Model. The service provided entails: Business Plan Set Up and revision, Business Model Definition, Sector-specific and niche-specific Matchmaking. The Business Model and the Business Plan will help the EIC Beneficiary to assess the feasibility of the business, verify the sustainability and help in the correct set up of the work plan. Business Model Canvas, Lean Canvass, Value Proposition Canvas and other Design Thinking tools (i.e., mind mapping) will be used considering Health & Medical Care niche. The service will be coupled with Matchmaking activities aimed at identify key partners, key resources and Key Opinion Leaders and involve them in product market fit and market validation analysis to assess, test and verify the patient journey, the adoption rate and the willingness to pay. The time and duration of the service will be tailor-made depending on the needs of the EIC Beneficiary but could last from a minimum duration of 3 weeks up to 1 year, depending on TRL and GANTT. The service can be implemented online, in-person or hybrid according to EIC beneficiaries needs. The modality will be agreed within the engagement step.

Financial requirements

from €4000 Eur to €25000 (VAT excluded), average price of €100/hour (VAT excluded)

Disclaimer related to service

The first check-up will be free of charge for EIC beneficiaries. When, the full package or multiple services are requested, a special price for the EIC beneficiaries will be offered. The full payment will be required in case of single service. Terms and conditions are negotiable according to the Funding Scheme, the selected analysis, time and duration of the service. NDA will be signed by Bip.Ca and EIC beneficiaries.
