Designed specifically for deeptech companies operating at TRL 4 to TRL 8, it combines structured market analysis with hands-on business development support to reduce adoption risks and navigate complex, regulated markets. Delivered over 6 weeks, the service begins with a tailored assessment of the startup’s technology and its alignment with operational and mission-driven needs in aerospace and defence. This is followed by a deep dive into value chains, identifying relevant OEMs, suppliers, integrators, and end-users—mapping key decision-makers and access points.

Key activities include:

Technology–Market Fit Analysis to evaluate maturity, differentiation, and relevance.
Value Chain and Gap Analysis to uncover barriers to market entry, whether technical, commercial, or regulatory.
Market Sizing to estimate the potential of priority application areas.
Customer Targeting to identify and prioritise high-value partners or clients.
