Maritime Acceleration Service

Service description

Lomar Labs offers a 12-month Maritime Acceleration Programme aimed at early-stage maritime tech companies. This programme, structured in a 3+9 month format, begins with a 3-month Induction Acceleration Programme that prepares participants for the subsequent 9-month deep-dive Maritime Acceleration Programme. The service is designed to de-risk, deploy, and commercialise maritime solutions by providing infrastructure support, insight, and expertise. The programme targets early-stage companies in the maritime technology sector, with the goal of accelerating the deployment of their technology and preparing them for market entry. Participants will engage with both in-house and external experts, including Lomar's executive team and industry mentors, across various phases. These phases include a diagnosis evaluation, mentorship, workshops, technical development, pilot testing, and community development, culminating in the opportunity for successful pilots to receive purchase orders from Lomar’s fleet or follow on investment from Lomar. The expected outcome is a comprehensive advancement in participants' business models, technical capabilities, and market readiness, supported by tailored mentorship, expert guidance, and real-world testing opportunities. Implementation involves a blend of virtual and in-person engagements, ensuring flexible and impactful delivery. This programme exemplifies a holistic approach to maritime innovation, fostering a community of growth, collaboration, and advancement within the sector.
