Supporting and coaching the process of assessing, managing, and extracting value from intellectual property assets by identifying Intellectual Property including tangible and intangible assets. This includes: Assessment of IP potential value including its market potential and the strength of its legal protection. Market Analysis to analyse the demand for similar IP in the market, identifying potential users or buyers, and assessing competitive factors that may impact the value of the IP. Development of a Valorisation Strategy to outline how the IP assets will be commercialised or monetised to maximise their value including licencing agreements, partnerships, joint ventures, sale of IP rights, or the creation of spin-off ventures. Protection and Maintenance of Valorisation strategy to maximise the value of IP assets, Marketing and Negotiation IPR to potential licencees, buyers, or partners. Including IPR Agreements Monitoring and Maintenance of the valorisation strategy and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and maintenance of IP rights to preserve their value and prevent infringement and periodic evaluation and optimisation of the valorisation strategy regarding changing market conditions, technology developments, etc.
