AGATA provides specialised support for fundraising activities including figure design, pitch decks, and development of strategic communication materials for investors. The service supports companies and organisations in translating scientific and technical results into structured, accessible narratives that demonstrate market relevance, scalability and commercial potential, for a more effective engagement strategic stakeholders. Our service focuses on the development of clear, credible and investor-oriented communication materials tailored to the needs of venture capital firms, business angels, corporate investors and innovation ecosystems. For early-stage projects (TRL 1–4), AGATA supports the development of  business, communication and dissemination plans, and visual materials such as figures and presentations. For higher TRLs (5–9), the service focuses on investor-oriented materials, including pitch decks tailored to different funding stages (pre-seed, seed, Series A/B), corporate presentations, and strategic messaging. AGATA also provides consultancy in the development of policy briefs and policy-oriented communication materials. This includes structuring scientific results into concise, evidence-based documents tailored to policymakers, regulators, and public sector stakeholders. The service supports alignment with EU policy priorities, enhances the policy relevance of project outcomes, and facilitates engagement with decision-makers. The service includes positioning of the company/technology, articulation of value proposition, and alignment of scientific content with commercial objectives. AGATA ensures that the materials are adapted to the target audience, whether evaluators, investors, or industrial partners. This service supports EIC beneficiaries in securing funding and strengthening their readiness for investment and market entry. It can be delivered as a standalone service or integrated with communication and dissemination activities.

Financial requirements

Services are provided on a fee-for-service basis, typically €500-750 per day depending on scope and stage. Fixed packages for proposal support or investor materials can be agreed.
