BioLabs delivers turnkey access to state-of-the-art research infrastructure, enabling companies to operate from day one without the burden of setting up and managing their own facilities. Beyond physical space, we offer expert guidance, and curated networking opportunities. Our model fosters collaboration and knowledge exchange by bringing together a diverse community of startups, scientists, and partners. Companies benefit from direct connections to pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, investors, and venture capital firms, facilitating partnerships, fundraising, and international expansion.
Through a flexible, rolling admission model, we select high-potential companies and provide them with tailored support adapted to their stage of development. By lowering operational barriers and embedding startups within a dynamic ecosystem, BioLabs enables faster innovation cycles and accelerates the translation of scientific discoveries into real-world impact.
Our pricing varies depending on the services and facilities selected by each beneficiary, as well as local market conditions and the specific ecosystem of each location. As a result, prices may differ across our European sites. To provide an overview, please see the current pricing ranges across our European locations:
- Membership: €200 – €300 per month
- Lab Bench: €800 – €2,420 per month
- Desk: €250 – €500 per month
- Private Lab: €6,400 – €26,000 per month
- Private Office: €800 – €6,000 per month
These ranges are based on the current pricing structure across our sites in Paris, Heidelberg, Munich, and Spartners locations.
Access to our network and shared equipment is included at no additional cost. Residents benefit from access to the network through their membership, while access to laboratory equipment is included with laboratory space rental (for residents renting at least one lab bench).
Costs vary depending on each startup’s specific needs. Our model is fully flexible and “à la carte”: companies can start with a single lab bench, desk, or membership, and scale up as they grow with just 30 days’ notice. Pricing is tailored based on the selected services and resources, ensuring a solution that adapts to each startup’s stage and requirements.
