The Way Srl is an Italian benefit company and MIMIT-certified startup incubator supporting the development and scaling of innovative ventures with high growth potential. Its mission is to strengthen innovation ecosystems by helping startups, SMEs and innovators transform ideas into market-ready solutions through structured incubation, acceleration and open innovation services.
The organisation provides strategic support across key stages of venture development, including business modelling, market validation, investment readiness, access to finance, partnership building and internationalisation. It works with startups operating in sectors such as artificial intelligence, health, sustainability, cybersecurity and advanced digital services, facilitating connections with investors, corporates, research centres and public institutions.
The Way also designs and manages innovation programmes, entrepreneurial training initiatives and collaborative projects at regional, national and European level, with particular attention to technology transfer and impact-driven entrepreneurship. Through its certified incubation activities and its role within wider innovation networks, The Way contributes to building pathways for innovation uptake, startup growth and territorial competitiveness.
