The objective is to enhance the company’s ability to clearly present its growth project, funding needs, and development potential. The service is structured into two complementary phases. The first phase focuses on the preparation of investor materials and includes the development of the investment narrative and the structuring of the investor pitch, organizing coherently the contents related to the value proposition, target market, business model, and growth trajectory. The second phase is dedicated to investor readiness and includes public speaking training sessions, pitch presentation simulations, and in-depth preparation on how to manage recurring questions typically raised during fundraising meetings. The service is delivered by internal advisors with expertise in investment readiness and business development; when specific needs arise, external mentors with direct experience in investment processes may also be involved. Activities are carried out through one-to-one meetings, progressive reviews of materials, and operational simulations. The expected outcome is the availability of effective investor materials and an increased level of preparedness in financial discussions.
The service is offered at a fixed fee starting from €12,000, depending on the scope and complexity of the fundraising support activities required. An additional success fee may apply in the event of a successful fundraising outcome, under conditions to be defined on a case-by-case basis with the beneficiary. Pricing includes strategic advisory, investor material preparation, pitch training, and fundraising readiness support.
The service provides strategic support and preparation for fundraising activities but does not guarantee investment, financing, or successful fundraising outcomes, which depend on market conditions, investor interest, and the company’s execution capacity.
