Depending on scope, the service can include brand strategy, naming, messaging framework, visual identity or identity refresh, website structure and content, pitch or sales materials, stakeholder narratives, branded templates, launch communication assets and practical guidelines for internal use.
The service is suited to EIC Transition and EIC Accelerator beneficiaries preparing for launch, commercialisation, fundraising, partnerships, public communication or internationalisation. It focuses on turning technical or research-driven innovation into credible, distinctive and usable communication for customers, investors, partners and wider audiences.
The service is offered as a paid service. Typical costs range from €10,000 to €40,000, depending on scope, timeline and deliverables. Smaller diagnostic or narrative sprint formats can start from €6000. Final pricing is agreed with each EIC beneficiary before contracting. Glitch offers a 20% discount to EIC beneficiaries acquiring the service through the EIC Service Catalogue.
Service timelines depend on the agreed scope, beneficiary availability and approval rounds. A typical sprint takes 2 to 3 weeks, a core brand and narrative project takes 6 to 8 weeks, and a full communication system can take 8 to 12 weeks. Final deadlines are agreed before contracting. Service availability is subject to Glitch team capacity at the time of request.
