Service description

AOMB's Patent Search & Drafting service supports companies seeking patent protection for new technical developments. The service is intended for EIC beneficiaries, start-ups, scale-ups, SMEs, founders, inventors, and R&D teams in sectors such as life sciences, medtech, chemistry, and deep tech.  The goal is to prepare a patent application that is technically accurate, commercially relevant, and aligned with the company's IP strategy. The service is delivered by AOMB's patent attorneys, acting as strategic advisors and drafting experts. 

The service generally includes 1) inventor intake and scoping, 2) optional patent searching, 3) drafting of the application and claims, and 4) review before filing. 

The expected outcome is a filed patent application with a claim strategy tailored to the company's technology.
