This individualised advisory service supports deep-tech startups and innovative SMEs in assessing their readiness for market deployment, growth and engagement with financial stakeholders. The service combines technology, market, business and financial perspectives to evaluate the company's maturity and scalability potential.
It starts with a structured analysis of the beneficiary's technological, market and financial needs, followed by a non-binding assessment of technology readiness, market readiness, competitive positioning, business model robustness, business planning assumptions and go-to-market strategy.
The business planning service supports beneficiaries in assessing product-market fit, understanding customer willingness to pay, defining pricing strategies and strengthening market positioning.
To enhance investment readiness, the service provides high-level financial modelling, including revenue projections, business assumptions and financial sustainability assessments. These activities contribute to the development of a strategic roadmap aimed at improving decision-making, growth planning and engagement with financial stakeholders.
Where intellectual property represents a key business asset, the service can be complemented by a patent landscape review covering existing patents, competitors and patent-based competitive intelligence. A preliminary freedom-to-operate assessment can also be performed to identify potential third-party rights that could affect commercial deployment.
The service is delivered through management interviews, document review, strategic assessment sessions and tailored advisory meetings. Beneficiaries receive a strategic readiness report highlighting key strengths, maturity gaps, competitive risks, go-to-market considerations and recommended actions to strengthen market and investment preparedness.
The service is typically delivered over a three-month period through regular advisory sessions and dedicated expert support.
