This individualised service supports EIC beneficiaries that want to explore market entry, ecosystem access, partnerships or pilot opportunities in Greece and South-East Europe. The service is designed for deep-tech startups, SMEs, spin-offs and innovation teams seeking a practical understanding of the regional startup, research, public sector and investor landscape.
The service can be delivered online or hybrid over a period of two to four weeks, depending on the beneficiary's needs. It begins with a diagnostic session to understand the technology, target market, maturity level and expansion goals. Startup Greece then provides ecosystem orientation, stakeholder mapping, market entry guidance and targeted introductions where relevant. The service may include founder feedback sessions, local market insights, partner identification, pilot opportunity mapping and preparation for meetings with ecosystem stakeholders.
The expected outcome is a clearer market access pathway for the beneficiary, including priority stakeholder segments, possible collaboration routes, ecosystem contacts and practical next steps for entering or testing the Greek and wider regional market.
Free of charge for EIC beneficiaries, subject to internal capacity and prior agreement on scope. No equity, success fee or mandatory financial commitment is required. Any optional follow-up activity beyond the agreed service scope will be discussed separately and only implemented with the beneficiary's prior approval.
The service is offered on a rolling basis, subject to team availability and relevance of the beneficiary's market access needs. It does not include legal, tax, regulatory or active proposal-writing services.
