What is the Service: A specialized headhunting and recruitment service tailored to the specific needs of deeptech ventures and the PhD talent pool, including cofounders, C-level and employees.

Goal of the service: To de-risk the venture's execution by scaling the founding team and onboarding top-tier industrial, commercial, or technical leadership required for subsequent funding rounds (Seed, Series A).

Phases of the service:

Definition & Branding: job description.
Sourcing & Sifting: Global headhunting within academia and industry.
Assessment & Selection: Rigorous hard and soft skills evaluation.
Closing & Integration: Compensation negotiation and onboarding follow-up.

Activities delivered: Full-cycle recruitment including profile definition, optimization of job offers to enhance startup branding, global candidate sourcing, rigorous skill and psychological assessment, alignment evaluation with the founding team, negotiation assistance (compensation, incentives, equity), and structured onboarding follow-up.

Engagement of experts: Handled by in-house experts from the service provider, combining senior HR professionals and PhD-trained recruiters who speak the same language as the scientific founders and have a strong track record within deeptech ventures.

Expected outcome: Successful onboarding and long-term retention of a highly qualified executive or technical expert, resulting in a balanced, investor-ready team with no "skills gaps."

Process and mode for the implementation: Hybrid mode (online alignment meetings, digital sourcing, video interviews, and on-site final selection panel when required).

Financial requirements

As our services are fully customized, pricing is determined by the specific scope of the project. The standard hourly rate is €200 (excluding VAT) , with a preferential 20% discount available to EIC beneficiaries.
