Readiness Sprint

This individualised Coaching & Mentoring service is directed to EIC Pathfinder and Transition beneficiaries (TRL 1-6) that need structured support to develop their business model, build strategic business networks, and connect with relevant industry experts and ecosystem actors.

Duration: 5 full-time intensive days (Business Model Lab + Business Network Lab) followed by up to 3 months of individual mentoring, on a rolling and continuous basis.

Targets: EIC Pathfinder (TRL 1-3) and EIC Transition (TRL 4-6) beneficiaries at early and mid-stage commercialisation, requiring hands-on coaching on business model design and access to strategic business networks.

Goal: Support EIC innovators in strengthening their business model, and exploring go-to-market options.

Phases:

• Phase 1 - Business Model Lab (Days 1-3): Intensive 3-day workshop on business model canvas, value proposition design, product-market fit, customer discovery, and go-to-market strategy.
• Phase 2 - Business Network Lab (Days 4-5): Structured 2-day programme focused on strategic networking: mapping relevant industry partners, engaging with ecosystem actors, and developing a personalised business network strategy. 
• Phase 3 - Individual Mentoring (up to 3 months): Personalised follow-up sessions with a dedicated mentor from BE-COME's network of 100+ industry experts, tailored to each innovator's sector, stage, and growth objectives.
   

Expected outcome: Greater clarity on business model assumptions, an initial go-to-market direction.

Implementation: Delivered by senior advisors of BE-COME. Applications accepted on a rolling basis.
