This individualised matchmaking service is directed to EIC beneficiaries at all stages (TRL 1-9) requiring strategic introductions to European corporate partners, industry networks, and ecosystem actors. Duration: 4-8 weeks per engagement cycle, on a rolling basis.
Targets: EIC Pathfinder, Transition, and Accelerator companies across all sectors, particularly those requiring connections with technically aligned partners, strategic corporates at any stage of their development. Goal: Accelerate market entry and partnership development by connecting innovators with pre-screened, strategically aligned corporate partners, and ecosystem actors.
Phases:
- Phase 1 - Strategic Mapping (Wk 1-2): Analysis of the innovator's profile, sector, stage, and strategic priorities to define a targeted stakeholder map covering investors, corporates, and industry partners.
- Phase 2 - Curated Introductions (Wk 2-5): Structured introductions to 3-5 pre-screened stakeholders aligned with the innovator's profile — ì corporate R&D units, industry associations, or strategic partners.
- Phase 3 - Engagement Support (Wk 5-8): Advisory assistance during initial conversations, including narrative development and follow-up coordination.
Expected outcome: Qualified introductions to potential partners, a refined pitch narrative, and an active strategic pipeline.
Implementation: Delivered remotely and in-person (Milan) by in-house senior advisors. Applications reviewed on a rolling basis.
Gross fee: EUR 5,000 per engagement cycle (4-8 weeks), covering strategic mapping and curated introductions. Net cost after EIC ACCESS+ co-funding (50%): EUR 2,500. A success fee applies on closed strategic deals (negotiable and agreed upfront). Final pricing confirmed at scoping.
Available to all EIC beneficiaries across all programme stages. All engagements subject to NDA. Eligible for EIC ACCESS+ co-funding.
