Arrangement and Fundraising Support Services

This individualised Support Fundraising service is directed to EIC Accelerator beneficiaries (TRL 7-9) requiring end-to-end advisory support to design their fundraising strategy, prepare for investor introductions, and access curated networks of investors and investment programmes. 

Duration: Minimum 6 months per engagement, scoped individually based on round size and complexity. 

Targets: EIC Accelerator beneficiaries actively preparing or executing an investment round, as well as beneficiaries seeking access to investment programmes aligned with their stage and sector. 

Goal: Maximise the probability of a successful fundraising close by providing structured investor-readiness support, a curated investor pipeline, and full transaction coordination through to closing. 

Phases: 

• Phase 1 - Fundraising Strategy (Wk 1-2): Definition of the optimal fundraising structure — including round architecture, target investor profiles, and timeline — based on the company's stage, sector, and capital needs. 
• Phase 2 - Investor Readiness (Wk 2-4): Preparation of investor-facing materials (pitch deck, data room, financial model) and coaching for investor meetings and due diligence. 
• Phase 3 - Investor Introductions & Transaction Support (from month 2): Curated introductions to pre-screened investors from BE-COME's proprietary network;arrangement of pitch calls, follow-up management, and full transaction coordination through to closing. 

Expected outcome: A closed investment round or signed term sheet, supported by a structured transaction management process. Implementation: Delivered by in-house senior advisors. Complimentary 1-hour discovery session available before commitment. All engagements subject to NDA. Applications accepted on a rolling basis
