Practical coaching to help EIC-funded deep-tech ventures cross the gap from breakthrough technology to commercial scale. Delivered by an exited founder and listed EIC business coach who built a B2B technology company from early stage to over €175M in sales and a 40× exit, this service focuses on the commercial challenges that most often stall great technologies: building a repeatable go-to-market engine, productising the technology into a sellable offering, defining pricing and business model, structuring and scaling B2B sales, and sequencing market priorities. The approach is hands-on and question-led — challenging the founder’s assumptions and building their own commercial capability in the process. Coaching is tailored to the venture’s stage and sector, drawing on real operating experience across international B2B technology markets. Typical outcomes include a sharpened value proposition, a concrete commercial roadmap, and a stronger, more investable growth story. Suitable for founders and commercial leaders preparing to scale revenue, enter their first major markets, or professionalise their sales and go-to-market approach ahead of a funding round.
This coaching is offered at a rate of €1,000 per day. For EIC beneficiaries, the service is eligible for co-funding through the EIC ACCESS+ scheme, under which eligible beneficiaries may be reimbursed up to 50% of the service cost (subject to the scheme’s terms and ceilings). Coaching can be delivered in flexible segments and quantities tailored to the venture’s needs. An initial short scoping conversation is offered at no cost to define objectives and scope.
This service is offered on a rolling/continuous basis. Specific engagement timelines are agreed directly with each beneficiary.
