Investor Readiness & Fundraising Strategy Coaching

Coaching to prepare EIC-funded ventures for successful fundraising, delivered from both sides of the table. The coach is an exited founder who has raised capital and led a company to a 40× exit, and is now a venture-fund GP (VC Lab graduate) who evaluates deals — so founders learn not only how to build their raise, but how investors actually assess them. The service covers fundraising strategy and sequencing, investor targeting, the equity story and pitch, financial narrative and metrics, valuation logic, and preparation for investor conversations and due diligence. It also addresses non-dilutive and blended-finance options, drawing on direct experience of securing and delivering publicly co-funded R&D projects. The coaching is practical and challenge-based. Typical outcomes include a clear fundraising roadmap, a sharper investor-ready narrative, and greater confidence and credibility in front of investors.
