Strategic Ecosystem & Partnership Development

This individualised service supports EIC beneficiaries in identifying, accessing and engaging with strategic ecosystems, organisations and decision-makers relevant to the adoption and scaling of their technologies. The service is designed for deep-tech companies whose growth depends on relationships with governments, public agencies, industrial players, technology companies, research organisations, investors and other ecosystem stakeholders. 

The engagement begins with an assessment of the beneficiary’s technology, strategic objectives and partnership needs. FLG maps and prioritises relevant stakeholders and identifies potential pathways for collaboration, including commercial partnerships, industrial alliances, pilots, institutional engagement and ecosystem participation. Activities may include stakeholder and ecosystem mapping, strategic positioning, partnership strategy, identification and prioritisation of potential partners or customers, preparation for high-level engagements, targeted introductions and support during initial partnership discussions. 

FLG draws on established relationships across European and North American technology, industrial, investment and public-sector ecosystems, as well as selected international markets. The expected outcome is a prioritised ecosystem and partnership roadmap, a targeted stakeholder pipeline and, where appropriate, qualified introductions and concrete opportunities for collaboration, pilot deployment or commercial development. Implementation is tailored to each beneficiary and delivered through strategic sessions, research, stakeholder engagement and targeted introductions, online and in person.
