Advanced Fundraisability Score™ Assessment

Provided by RAISE · United Kingdom

Service description

Led by Denes Ban, a serial entrepreneur, TechCrunch pitch winner, former Managing Partner at OurCrowd and investor who has personally raised more than US$1 billion, the Advanced Fundraisability Score™ Assessment is an individualised investment-readiness diagnostic for EIC Transition and Accelerator beneficiaries preparing to raise capital.

After decades of raising capital, investing in companies and reviewing thousands of fundraising opportunities from both sides of the investment table, Denes repeatedly observed the same pattern: exceptional companies often fail to raise capital not because they lack innovation, but because they fail to create sufficient investor conviction. Successful fundraising requires the right combination of Proof, Story and Urgency.

The assessment identifies the bottlenecks that will block or slow a fundraise before significant time and resources are invested. Over approximately four weeks it includes:

  • Review of fundraising strategy and every investor touchpoint, including positioning, investment narrative, supporting evidence, investor materials and founder delivery.
  • Structured evaluation using RAISE’s proprietary Fundraisability Score™ methodology.
  • Investment Readiness Report benchmarking current fundraisability, identifying critical bottlenecks and prioritising improvements.
  • Executive debrief with Denes Ban and a practical action plan.

The beneficiary receives a Fundraisability Score™, detailed bottleneck analysis, prioritised recommendations and a roadmap to maximise investor conviction and fundraising conversion. The service is delivered through document review, online interviews and one-to-one advisory sessions and can be used independently or as the starting point for a broader investment-readiness engagement.

Available on a rolling basis throughout the year, subject to capacity and strategic fit. The assessment is typically delivered within four weeks and can be conducted remotely or in a hybrid format.
