Service description
Led by Denes Ban, a serial entrepreneur, TechCrunch pitch winner, former Managing Partner at OurCrowd and investor who has personally raised more than US$1 billion, the Accelerated Investment Readiness Sprint is an intensive implementation programme designed to resolve the highest-priority fundraising bottlenecks identified during the Fundraisability Score™ Assessment or an equivalent review.
The service is intended for EIC Transition and Accelerator beneficiaries preparing for institutional fundraising within the coming months. Rather than providing generic fundraising advice, the sprint focuses on implementing the improvements most likely to increase investor conviction and fundraising conversion.
The programme is typically delivered over four to eight weeks and includes:
- Refinement of fundraising strategy and investor targeting.
- Development of a differentiated investment positioning and investment narrative. *
- Strengthening Proof, Story and Urgency throughout every investor touchpoint.
- Review and optimisation of investor materials, including teaser, pitch deck, one-pager and follow-up communications.
- Founder coaching focused on investor meetings, objection handling and fundraising delivery.
Each engagement is tailored to the company’s stage, fundraising objectives and investor profile.
The beneficiary receives updated fundraising materials, a refined investment narrative, improved investor messaging and a practical fundraising strategy ready for execution.
The service is delivered directly by Denes Ban through one-to-one advisory sessions, workshops and document reviews, and can be provided remotely or in a hybrid format.
