Workshops and Coaching for Pharmaceutical Development and Strategy

This service provides tailored workshops and coaching sessions designed to support EIC beneficiaries in strengthening their capabilities in pharmaceutical development, regulatory strategy, and project execution. It is aimed at innovators across the EIC Pathfinder, Transition, and Accelerator programmes. The sessions focus on key topics such as development planning, regulatory strategy, CMC fundamentals, clinical development pathways, and quality and compliance. Engagements can be delivered either on a one-to-one basis or as combined workshops with multiple beneficiaries, depending on the format and specific needs. 

Each session is adapted to the stage, context, and challenges of the innovation. In addition, the sessions can cover practical topics such as due diligence, funding strategies, and budget planning, helping beneficiaries better prepare for investment, partnerships, and key decision points. 

The service is typically structured as short-term engagements, ranging from focused one-day workshops to multi-session coaching programmes. Sessions combine expert input with interactive discussions, allowing participants to directly apply insights to their own projects. The objective is to strengthen internal capabilities, support better decision-making, and improve readiness for key development milestones. The service is delivered by experienced in-house experts and can be conducted online or onsite, depending on the need.
