Delivered by experienced innovation and business development experts through tailored mentoring sessions, the service typically spans 6 to 8 weeks and is suitable for EIC Pathfinder, Transition and Accelerator beneficiaries across all technology sectors.

The service begins with a strategic financial diagnosis assessing the company's funding needs, investment readiness, growth objectives and current financing strategy. Based on this assessment, experts identify and prioritise relevant funding opportunities, map potential investors and strategic funding instruments, and define an optimal financing roadmap.

Activities include funding needs assessment, investment readiness review, financing strategy development, identification of relevant national public and private funding opportunities, investor targeting, fundraising planning, and preparation of a tailored funding roadmap with recommended next steps. Where relevant, beneficiaries receive introductions to appropriate investment and innovation support networks.

Expected outcomes include a clear financing strategy, prioritised funding options, an investment readiness action plan and increased capacity to engage efficiently with investors and funding providers.
