Service description

Professional company valuation services for EIC Accelerator beneficiaries interested to attract external capital on an existing market value base. This service aims to improve EIC beneficiaries’ chances of success when meeting investors. The capital raising experts will (a) discuss with beneficiaries to understand the business fundamentals, (b) determine the most appropriate valuation method to the specifics of the Beneficiary –– and accept the assignment if comparable based methods or discounted cash-flow method can be applied (please see Disclaimer), (c) assess the quality of existing business plan or to build a business plan, as the case might be, and (d) determine the market value of the Beneficiary company, using relevant and up-to-date market information. Each Beneficiary will be provided with an independent valuation report within 2-3 weeks from the date services are contracted. During the implementation period, cooperation with beneficiaries on business projections drafting will be required. The implementation will be online and all the information exchange will be done via email.
