This service comprises a one-day seminar, complete with preparatory activities and a subsequent follow-up report. It is tailored to assist project teams, primarily from EIC Pathfinder and Transition, in enhancing the structure for the exploitation and use of research outputs. The seminar acts as a foundation for preparing for adoption and technology transfer. Before the seminar, participants receive a preliminary report based on an introductory call. This initial report sets the stage for the discussions that will occur during the seminar. During the seminar, participants will collaborate with an expert to identify, review, and update the main research outputs, known as the Key Exploitable Results (KERs), employing a problem-oriented approach. This aims to refine the unique value proposition and innovativeness of the chosen KERs. Participants will also revise and clarify the used model (how to ensure adoption), plan subsequent steps towards use, and identify early adopters and stakeholders in the exploitation value chain. The tools used in the seminar, which have been validated through thousands of research projects, are crucial in defining a fact-based Unique Value Proposition, identifying early adopters, and preparing a comprehensive roadmap to ensure the successful uptake of research results post-project. A Final Report, summarising the main exploitable results and recommendations, will be shared by the expert with the participants to prepare them for the exploitation of research outputs.
Offered over a period of up to three months and priced €5000 (€625/day).
