Service description

The Technical Due Diligence service is directed to EIC Accelerator and EIC Transition innovators who would like to use this service to further enhance their due diligence. RaiseV will provide its unique technical expertise and business acumen to develop the technical and market validation of the beneficiaries’ innovations. An in-depth analysis of the state of the startup/scaleup from a technical perspective will be carried out, including the attributes of the technology, protection, validity, commercialisation, milestones, production, compliance, feedback, focus on the market, competition, positioning, opportunities, etc. The duration of the Technical Due Diligence services is between 2 and 4 weeks depending on the scope of the portfolio and business. Beneficiaries will be supported by one or two subject matter experts and operators carrying out the TDD. 

This service will run based on a single beneficiary’s request and can take place both onsite (e.g., stakeholder interviews) and virtually. EIC beneficiaries will receive a discount for the service, currently embedded in the pricing displayed.

Financial requirements

€3500 per EIC beneficiary per TDD request.
