Service description

Target Need: Getting clarity about key aspects of your proposition is difficult: articulating that there is a real, specific, and valued Problem to be solved; knowing how to make better sense of a complex market; understanding exactly where the technology you have in hand plays, and whether it is likely to win; or even how to build a compelling story and deliver it with high persuasion.

Goal: Reaching that clarity is key in making sure your proposition is received as investable, whatever decision point in the journey you are targeting.

Service: FFP Masterclasses help individuals and teams engaged in early-stage initiatives to work through these essential questions more efficiently and successfully. Current Masterclasses include: +Systemic Problem Definition, +Assessing Solution Competitiveness, +Effective Customer Discovery, +Preparing Decision-point Pitches that Persuade. Process: In intensive, pre-prepared workshops, participants learn how to frame and structure differently.

Expected outcome: Participants acquire tools and techniques that will continue to help them focus more usefully or arrive at better starting points to accelerate their own validation activity, and in persuading others.

Mode: Depending on the focus, the typical duration is 2 - 3 hours. Classes are online. FFP Masterclasses augment the service offer: 'Building a more Investable Proposition', but can equally be attended standalone.
