A growth programme that spans up to six months, specifically tailored to EIC Transition and EIC Accelerator beneficiaries. The programme is aimed at supporting startups on their growth trajectory. This service is delivered by seasoned business mentors and advisors drawn from a diverse mentor pool, engaging in regular meetings with the participants. The programme encompasses various activities, including drafting a masterplan for growth KPIs, conducting innovation strategy workshops, delivering investment readiness training, facilitating connections with deeptech-oriented investors and corporate procurement opportunities, offering guidance on B2B sales processes and marketing strategies. Mentorship activities involve matching participants with top-tier C-level profiles for structured monthly meetings, during which mentors provide insights and advice on various aspects of business development, investment, innovation strategy, and fundraising activities (including public funding, angel investors, venture capital, and other sources). The implementation approach is hybrid.
