Service description

In this custom mentoring programme, designed for startups and small enterprises of any TRL, learn how to cultivate and develop leadership that fosters growth and positive culture. Choose which area to focus on from a catalogue that includes topics such as inspirational leadership, the values of a leader, creating culture in your business, organisation and people management, emotional intelligence in your business endeavor, and communication with impact. Begin with 1 to 2 introductory sessions with a custom-matched expert, then benefit from six 90-minute one-to-one coaching sessions. Sessions will focus on setting goals, building a road map, and reaching concrete objectives. Sessions are held online in English or Spanish. They can be held on demand, but should take place within 5 months of kicking off the service.

Work must be completed within five months of kicking off the service.
