The Center for Finance, established in 2021, science and research organisation licenced by the Ministry of Education, Science, and Innovation. Center for Finance mission is to become a leading center of excellence in finance, working alongside key stakeholders to enhance both practical and theoretical financial knowledge, shaping the future of the economic and financial sectors. We are committed to advancing capacity, fostering innovation, and providing professional support through research and education. Our focus includes economic sustainability, job creation, digitisation, fintech, AI, financing for ecology and climate change, and financial education.

As a partner in Montenegro's first European Digital Innovation Hub (MontEDIH), we drive the digital transformation of SMEs, equipping them with essential tools to improve competitiveness and infrastructure. Through our ""Financial Literacy for All"" programme, we provide training to empower individuals, SMEs, and startups with the necessary skills to make informed financial decisions and achieve financial well-being. Center for Finance team consists of seasoned experts from the public sector, diplomacy, finance, banking, and academia. The Center for Finance employs nine staff members, including three PhDs and two with master's degrees. All team members have extensive experience in leading and managing EU, UN, and international development projects.
