Financial literacy for SMEs

Financial literacy training service is three-day training directed to EIC beneficiaries which will equip small and medium-sized enterprises with essential financial knowledge and skills. The course covers topics like budgeting, cash flow management, financial planning, investment strategies, and understanding financial statements. It aims to help SMEs make informed financial decisions, improve their financial health, and enhance long-term business success. Center for Finance conducted a survey on financial literacy which showed that majority of SMEs are financially illiterate, thus as a response, we have created financial literacy training for SMEs and startups. The training is delivered by experienced educators and financial experts with long-lasting experience in the banking sector. Through intensive training the participants will, improve financial decision-making skills, enhance ability to manage and plan finances effectively, increase confidence in handling financial challenges, provide participants with tolls and strategies to sustainable business growth. Experience has shown that almost all startups suffer from insufficient practices concerning their financial wellbeing and thus they need tailored training not enhance their skills and day to day practices related to financial matters.
