Service description
The Strategic Innovation Programme turns business challenges into growth opportunities through innovative solutions. Over 18 months, the programme collaborates with startups and implements technological solutions to optimise processes, create new business models, and strengthen market position. Directed at companies in sectors such as construction, technology, healthcare, and retail, the programme addresses operational and strategic challenges. Its goal is to drive innovation by leveraging technologies and partnerships to improve competitiveness, increase efficiency, and create new revenue streams, positioning the company as a leader in its industry. The programme consists of three phases: Discovery, Open Innovation, and Pilot Control. In the Discovery Phase, the company’s needs and challenges are assessed through interviews and workshops, identifying opportunities for innovation. The Open Innovation Phase selects startups with relevant solutions, organises a competition, and provides mentoring to develop practical solutions. In the Pilot Control Phase, the selected solutions are implemented in pilot projects, with ongoing monitoring and adjustments based on feedback and KPIs. The expected outcomes include innovative solutions aligned with strategic goals, successful pilot implementations, and a sustainable innovation culture. The programme ensures structured execution, continuous feedback, and adaptation to meet business needs. This approach helps companies stay competitive, adaptable, and capable of seizing new opportunities in a rapidly evolving market.
The following costs are not included in the total service price and may apply as needed during the Open Innovation Programme execution: Travel expenses outside the Lisbon and Porto areas, additional support services not previously agreed upon, such as external consulting, monetary or other prizes related to programme challenges, costs for prototype development and pilot testing, promotional materials, such as t-shirts and posters, speaker fees over €1000 and their travel expenses, costs related to organising events, workshops, or other related activities, expenses for advertising and promoting on social media, and costs for social media management and programme branding development. These costs will be negotiated separately based on the specific needs of the project and its execution.
